We are currently looking for candidates for the following positions:
Project Engineers (Chemical/Process or Mechanical) with experience in chemical/petrochemical process production or some form of thermal treatment (ex-situ thermal desorption, thermal oxidizers, afterburners, etc.). Experience with hot chlorinated organic compounds and evaluating/selecting materials of construction for process production and/or treatment vessels.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering minimum, MS preferred
- Minimum 5-10 years chemical engineering experience, (in a process equipment environment preferred)
- Experience with chemical process equipment including thermal oxidizers, caustic scrubbers, solvent recovery via compression &/or condensation etc.
- Experience with soil and/or groundwater remediation design preferred but not required
- EIT and/or PE preferred
Duties:
- Assist with development of design basis and conceptual Process Flow Diagram
- Perform design calculations (mass and energy balance, air emissions, etc.) for client/agency submittals
- Develop Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Assist with evaluation and selection of process equipment and cost estimates
- Develop specifications along with remedial design plans and details
- Work cross functionally to facilitate best practices and process initiatives
- Use project management skills to handle multiple projects

Instrument & Controls Technician
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Technology degree
- Hands-on work experience in a laboratory or factory setting with operation, testing, calibration and troubleshooting of instrumentation and controls
- Experience with layout, wiring, and/or repair of control panels (UL 508A/B shop experience preferred)
- Experience with programming and configuration using software such as Visual Basic, C, C++, Pearl, etc.
- Experience with field bus protocols such as HART, MODBUS, etc. for instrument configuration, calibration, communication
- PLC programming/configuration (Allen Bradley, Modicon, GE/Fanuc, iDEC, Horner, etc.) & HMI configuration (Wonderware, iFix) experience preferred
- Shop-based position; Some travel to project sites is required for installation, start-up & troubleshooting

Electrical Foreman
Skills/Qualifications:
- 10-15 years experience; Licensed Journeyman or Master electrician
- Demonstrated experience with single and 3 phase electrical equipment from 120V fractional HP motors to large (5000A) 480V distribution equipment
- Experience with UL508 A/B panels and Class I/Div II wiring preferred
Duties:
- Wire single phase & 3 phase electrical panel boards, switchboards, load centers, transformers, motors, other electrical devices
- Direct electrical subcontractors; inspect electrical subcontractor’s work for conformance with design and code compliance
- Selection of appropriate components for arc flash and short circuit protection
- Establish electrical installation standards for field project construction and shop-built equipment
- Shop-based position; Some travel to project sites is required for construction, start-up & troubleshooting

Field Services Technicians
Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and experience in Thermal Treatment Systems, Electrical Distribution Systems, Chemical Process Equipment, Boilers, Steam Injection, Industrial Process Equipment, PLC, Ladder Logic, Groundwater Pump & Treat Systems, Heat Exchangers, Air Strippers, Oil/Water Separators, Vapor Extraction Systems, Gas Treatment; Oxidizers, GAC Systems (water and vapor), Acid Gas Scrubbing, Vapor and Water Sampling; 40 OSHA HAZWOPER training.
Duties:
- Help construct, install, and operate remediation systems.
- Travel extensively to project sites
- Be physically able to work on environmental remediation field sites
- Must pass initial background check and periodic drug screening tests
